Preventive measures against disease COVID-19

VÍTKOVICE CYLINDERS is introducing preventive measures in connection with the occurrence of coronavirus causing the disease COVID-19, which is based on the recommendations of the Regional Hygiene Station and the Government Order of the Czech Republic.

The Director-General has implemented many measures to reduce the risk of potential transmission of COVID-19 within the company: elimination of meetings, cancellation of business trips, minimization of visits, etc. and external employees.

Common areas of employees (changing rooms, dining room, sanitary facilities) as well as THP workers are disinfected every day, offices, meeting rooms, etc., are cleaned using cleaning agents effective in eliminating viral diseases. Non-rinsing disinfectant solutions are available in all collective areas and sanitary facilities.

In places with increased movement of employees, the latest regulations, measures and recommendations are continuously updated, both electronically and in printed form.

At the same time, we try to minimize the contact of our employees with the employees of transport companies, whose entry into the company is necessary in terms of maintaining production and shipping flows. Our aim is to eliminate as much as possible the threat to our people by the COVID-19 disease and to avoid potential production restrictions in the bottling company VÍTKOVICE CYLINDERS a.s.

VÍTKOVICE CYLINDERS products are very often used to store oxygen, which is currently able to save lives in the lung wards of hospitals.

We thank you, our employees, for taking a responsible approach to all measures, and please be aware that your work is very likely to contribute to saving lives that depend on our oxygen cylinders.
